Busy busy busy day.
Another session of myofascial release and even though it feels like you’re a physical ouija board, it’s doing weird wonderful things to my body. We shall see.
Had to catch the sunset. Been a few good ones in a row so zipped across to feed my geese pals and rather liked the light on their pond.
However, the noise of the F’orgy ( frog orgy) drove me away. All those baby frogs being made. No!
