Recycling

This hefty pile was given to me for ‘bedtime reading’ by the hospital yesterday.
Although it seems like a waste of paper, (especially the leaflet about stopping smoking when I’ve never smoked in my life)
boxes have to be ticked and the staff are duty bound to ensure that the relevant information is given out to all.

I was absolutely shattered after all the excitement yesterday, so I had a couple of hours sleep in the afternoon.
When I woke up, I’d got a voicemail from
Salford telling me they’ve booked me in this coming Tuesday to do the treatment for my frozen shoulder! Everything’s happening at once but I’m raring to get on with it and start getting my body back to normal.

My mission from today is to start getting my ankle to move, so I’m doing some light stretches that the physio showed me, a few times an hour, to try and loosen the joint.
If I can get it moving, I might be able to ditch the crutches which would be ace! :-)
