A bright, sunny day

A challenging morning - our Gas Boiler wasn’t functioning, an Engineer called out who, after inspection, decided it was a dead, deceased Boiler. It is now a case of seeing what the Insurance Company say, although the Boiler was 13 years old.

Afterwards, we took a walk down by Broughty Ferry waterfront where, for the last year or so, they have been constructing Flood Defences and a new Cycle/Pedestrian path. This week they opened a short section of the Path, so progress is being made.
