thread a needle?

Went to Stroud Gloucestershire today for funeral/thanksgiving service of a very dear friend.

What a pretty little town. Alley ways and narrow streets and lots of old buildings. The service was held in the baptist Church with refreshments in the Old Town Hall which was a short walk away through narrow streets/alley ways. definitely want to go back there and explore it some more as we had no time today. There was an old market building too.

Stroud was an old woollen mill town and many of the mills still stand today but have been put to other uses. They still manufacture the green baize cloth used to cover snooker tables.

More importantly they have a Costa coffee. very nice before our journey back home. Took the shot as we were leaving, not the best but it was typical of the streets and buildings . this struck me as it was at the junction of Threadneedle street and reminded me of London.
