If You Snooze You Loose

We have been dealing with a flooded basement and drying it out this week... Our close friend Rick (plumber) suggested that we install a pressure regulator on our incoming water line to make sure that our water pressure is alway regulated to 80 psi and installed it yesterday. Our local restaurants have opened (50%) and took him and his wife Diane to dinner tonight for a Thank You..   Outside if you leave your dinner it will soon be gone :0  I think the Seagulls are also happy now that the waterfront restaurants are partially opened... It felt good to get out...
