The spectators were there to cheer me on as I dragged myself out for the first run of the week.

Routine works well for me usually ams it would be good to have a little of it back.

Worked from home for the morning and then headed to Goldhanger where I cooked chicken Makhani and rice for lunchtime meal. My dad likes to eat his main meal then and I don't think that is a bad thing. It just doesn't really work with my usual work routine.

The curry, I thought, was mild but dad declared that it was much hotter than anything he had eaten recently.

I spent a large part of the remainder of the day on the Olaf jigsaw and wine.

We also had facetime with my nieces in their second lockdown birthday.
