Sunshine again!

A long walk with G then a mishap - dozed off in the garden after lunch and didn’t realise my foot had gone to sleep too. Stood up and it twisted under me, I didn’t fall but it’s really sore and I'm sitting with ice on it so no walking for a few days at least which is a disaster!!!!
