Pity about the rubbish!

This row of houses rising with the slope are typical of Bristol with it's rolling landscape. Many are graded and listed with onerous conditions on changes and cherished by their owners. 

Why can't we have some kind of similar conditions for rubbish disposal units which reduce the visual pleasure of our urban landscape?

Moan , moan, moan...I'm becoming ( have become ?) a GOM!
