Progress

I had my appointment at the private hospital this morning. It went well and having had an EGG one of my medicines has been discontinued. It will take 12 weeks for it to be out of my system, but I’m used to waiting, it has been the name of the game since last August. 

I was so happy as I left and could have done with celebrating with coffee and delicious cake, but there wasn’t anywhere nearby to get a takeaway. So it was home for coffee and a hot cross bun. 

My follow-up will be at the NHS hospital with the same consultant and they will organise the relevant scans as requested by Leicester. 

The hospital was very quiet and extremely well organised.
