How long do I have to wait?

The flicker on top of the feeders waited patiently for more than five minutes until the squirrel left the feeder. Then if flew down and was joined by downy woodpeckers, a tufted titmouse and a chickadee. I thought it might shoo the squirrel away with that fearsome beak of his, but no, it waited. A little wren came also and was braver than the flicker but she did not stay.
