Juicy

Rather like the abstract pattern formed by a cut blood orange.  It is such a short season, so I make the most of them when they are available.

Another leisurely stroll completed with a neighbour.  It helps to chat to somebody and makes me feel a little more confident.

My friend who broke her right shoulder and left wrist in two different incidents is struggling with the inconvenience and pain.  Fortunately she has a husband to help but is feeling very restricted and resorted to drinking Bailey's through a straw!
