Silly Saturday ...

... Wilbur the dog!

As the weather was beautiful today we ventured up to the Plainfield Rail Trail to see if the trails were finally walkable ... and they were!  This is the first time since receiving the big snow storm in early February.  It has taken all this time for the snow to melt off the walking trails. 

When we pulled into the parking area we saw a familiar car and knew that Wilbur and his person Jenny were also walking on the trial!  We love Wilbur!  And apparently he loves us!  Jenny has told us today (and in the past) that when Wilbur sees us he gets so happy that he pulls her towards us!  And he doesn't do this with any of the other regulars on the trails.  I think it's sweet!  He really is the sweetest, happiest dog!

We had a lovely walk and then stopped at Walmart before heading home.
