Test

Miss E is testing herself at home every Wednesday and Sunday night for COVID but as Miss L is still at primary school I thought I should start getting myself tested once a week. I went last Wednesday and booked myself in again this morning.
This is the room I used to do Pilates in!
I wish could have been doing Pilates today as the test was even worse than last week. Knowing what to expect seemed to make it worse!
I picked Miss L up early for her opticians appointment. Mr K took her down as I’m rubbish with medical appointments of any kind. She’s a bit short sighted and is giddy with the new tortoiseshell Ted Baker glasses she’ll be picking up next week.
Mr K said the optician wasn’t too worried and she won’t need to wear them all the time, maybe just for the board at school and driving (!) etc.
I wonder if the excessive screen time over the last few months has made it worse and whether it will resolve itself now she’s back at school.
Mr K said the optician laughed when Miss L asked if reading for hours at night in the dark night have affected her eyes. I’d say that’s a big fat yes!!!!
And did Mr K get any pictures of our little girl in her new glasses? He did not. Big fat fail!!!!
