Looking back

We've had a fair bit of discussion this week - at home and at work - about the year gone by.

This is the anniversary of us closing our office and asking everyone to work at home. No one imagined it would be for so long.

At work, we've managed to stay connected and do good work. For some, the year has been very hard though, and those pressures and losses are in my mind.

At home, we've tried to focus on things that matter, rather than what used to keep us busy. We've appreciated slowing down, getting outdoors, and watching nature.

Wow do I miss going out for coffee and a chat though.
