Rose.... “Cup Fever”

This amazing parchment colored, fragrant rose is growing in the Rose Garden in Pollard Park. Son Duncan and I visited the Park this evening for a leisurely stroll. It was cool but quiet and peaceful there. Whilst we fell in love with many of the roses, this one is named “Cup Fever”. We, in New Zealand are celebrating Emirates Team New Zealand’s win over Luna Rossa and subsequent retention of the America’s Cup.
Thus I was delighted to find this rose with such an appropriate name.
