Writer’s Room

I did a speed dating zoom with the BBC WritersRoom this morning.  It was very well organised but slightly surreal as we were put in ‘breakout rooms’, two Indies each meeting two writers for 10 mins at a time.  At the end of the ten minutes (counted down on screen) they were whisked away and replaced by two others.  It was like being in Dr Who.  Sarah and Tom came over to pick flowers from the garden for the funeral.  We don’t have masses of flowers but they took some of my glorious hot pink camellias. It was so good to see them.
