Cod
Cod with coconut milk simmered Napa cabbage, and quinoa. Wine: Domaine des Chasseignes Aurore Dezat Sancerre 2019.
A good dinner overall, though I experimented with a new cook method on the fish and it was a bit overdone (though it still managed to take on no color--it was previously frozen and I think it retained too much water). The wine was gorgeous.
