Viewpoint

We went for walk today from Galmpton village along a section of the John Musgrave Trail. This trail was created from a legacy left by John Musgrave. This is a specially constructed viewing point with views to the right to Torquay and the sea, and to the left the River Dart. We haven’t been here for over a year though it is only a short drive away. Mrs M is enjoying the views. She has had a good day. Last night the hedgehog , which has been hibernating in a house she constructed, made an appearance in the garden after hibernation, and tucked in to the food she left out. It also did a super poo, obviously the first for a long time. Mrs M is an expert in identifying these things, after studying them during lockdown, watching nature programmes on YouTube, along with learning all of the world’s capital cities. To complete a full and interesting day we spent the morning watching an online lecture on William Morris arranged by the Torquay Museum Society. William Morris cause of death was - ‘being William Morris and doing the work of at least ten men’. I should be OK on both counts.
