Garden Gate

Believe it or not, this image originated as a garden gate (extra) to a property I passed today on my walk with Pepper. It is an entrance to a delightful 'cottage' owned by friends in the village who have the most wonderful garden - they are both very keen and knowledgeable gardeners.

It was lovely out with Pepper in the sun and fantastic to wander through a field of sheep with their lambs skipping around. Pepper was firmly on the lead through the sheep as this farmer has lost at least one lamb recently to a dog worrying the animals.

A meeting this evening with the Prog Sec from Camera club to iron out a few wrinkles in the club programme - more swiftly done with just the two of us.
