Raspberry canes

It's Wednesday today so I spent most of my day in meetings. In the middle of one of them Sallymair called by with a present: a couple of raspberry canes. Unfortunately I was listening to Marina practise the delivery of a conference paper at the time, so I couldn't leave my machine to say hello and thank you. Mr hazelh kindly stepped in to welcome the latest addition to our garden.

I planted, and blipped, the canes when I took a break between the last meeting of the (alleged) working day at 5pm and email shovelling that kept me busy until after 9pm.
