A muffin kind of day...

.. I made some chocolate muffins yesterday so we had something to look forward too with a coffee.  I found a recipe online, they said the secret to high tops was to have the oven up hot and then reduce it as soon as the muffins go in.  Mine did seem better than normal and they taste nice.
 
Work was well work... I had a recipe box dinner for tonight which went well and was nice.  They can be a bit of a fiddle but it does make us eat different things which makes it a bit more interesting.  We have a few other things coming this week so am looking forward to that.
 
I put in a few seeds at lunchtime.  I want to try and plant most direct at the allotment but have a few things I need to start at home.
