Green!

Seems an appropriate thing to post for today - a moss. A moss that my Seek app was actually able to identify as "Hedwig's Fringeleaf Moss" if you please. What a great name! And a new one on me. It was was pointed out to me by The Husband - growing on a rock that is part of a landscaped entrance to one of the properties we walk past regularly. Most mosses the Seek app seems to be able to tell me next to nothing about - except that it's one of the mosses - but this was an exception. I wonder who Hedwig was? More research needed, apparently.
