Distressed!

Just about the last of the old boats. There were quite a few more when we first moved to the village, but they have mostly fallen apart. A couple of them have been taken to the Orkney Historic Boat Society.

I love the flaking paint and the colours of all the layers. The blue sky helps too!

Had my Covid vaccination yesterday, the Astra Zeneca one, and am happy to say I have no side effects at all. Not even the sore arm I usually have after a flu jab!
