Not happy with the hike up Calton hill (it seems to get steeper each time I go there) I paid £3 to climb a further 170 steps to the top of the Nelson Monument.

Started in 1807 completed in 1815 and stands 106 feet high (48.76M) It is the first time I have been there and it is definitely worth the climb.

Scott Monument next, 287 steps I believe!!!
