Kicking off

The wee rockery daffs are in full flower just in time for another start day for Spring.  Daffs in other parts of the garden are waiting for their proper time.  The major activity of the day was removing top soil from their large bags into the raised beds.  Done.  It was simple.  But hard work.  I reckon a significant part of my life has been taken up with moving soil from one place to another.
