Not strictly true as we have already planted fruit trees, gooseberries, garlic and onions, but this is the basis of this year’s crops. Cabbage, beans and peas, courgettes, lettuce, leeks and Cavalo Nero.
I appreciate that some would more traditionally be planted directly into where they will grow, but so far I’ve had more success starting them off in the greenhouse.
