Yet again a day of numptiness. Why am I the only normal person, delayed (by a numpty) yet again trying to get away from work to get to meeting.

Now can anyone back me up on this theory? At any meetings/workshops where the delegates are divided into groups and given a scenario to discuss together and then feedback their findings to the rest of the room, the person who appoints themselves (without discussion) as the spokesperson actually only ever feedbacks their opinions. And their opinions are always fairly shite too. Someone should invent a word for this person, maybe a word that covers all such persons that at any meeting/class/discussion throw in irrelvant questions and cause everyone to be there 10 minutes longer than scheduled.
