Oh Dear

I have 2 joints in my body that cause extreme pain
My left knee[a knee replacement pending]
And my right thumb/wrist
Well rushing about as you do i trapped it in a cupboard yesterday and of all things I cried now I'm a swearer when things happen so it even surprised me
But still painful today and looks much worse that this Blip
But''stiff upper lip''and carry on hahahahahahahahaha
