Tumblin' Dice

A lively game or two of backgammon this afternoon.  It was fun, and a lot less dramatic than the game we tried to play the other evening ... the weather was so lovely and warm last Thursday that we decided to go down to our terrace for an evening glass of wine.  We were having a lovely time enjoying our first balmy evening of the year and playing a game of backgammon, when a great gust of wind suddenly whipped up from nowhere, picked up the entire board, and launched it -- along with all the pieces and the dice -- into the air several feet before dumping everything onto the stones!
