Signs of Spring

 A damp morning but the sun came out. 
Met J for a walk round AH grounds then down past the Abbey Quite a chilly breeze at first but it gradually got warmer..  Someone has just built a nice long seat so we were able to sit at each end and still keep a social distance. We then carried on across the 'amphitheatre ' towards the farm.
We turned back when suddenly there were quite a few groups of people and  we wanted to keep our distance. 

They are doing a lot of conservation work on the ruins. The cloisters are hidden from view behind huge panels and the Infirmary is surrounded by scaffolding. 

Blip is of the daffodils which made a lovely splash of  colour . 
The ruins behind have finally had their scaffolding removed.

Back home to feed Fletch and then off to Big Tesco. It felt so warm I  changed from my boots to my 'summer' trainers and went without my coat on. What a nice change from last week.
