Managed another short walk.  I get out of breath because I am so unfit!
Will have to up my game.
The robin is no longer nest building but still pops in to inspect it.  Obviously hasn't signed the papers yet to take up,occupancy!
Tomorrow will be spent trying to get through to the surgery again for the doctor to ring me back to discuss progress (sigh)
