Blue sky day

Beautifully sunny and spring-like today! I had a lovely long walk down to the river and round the perimeter of this large field where there was a distinct whiff of manure in the air.

This morning I made lemon curd for the first time and had it on a hot cross bun with my afternoon cuppa. Delicious!
