Pasta!

My tiny little kitchen has just recovered from a lasagne batch cook-in.  It seemed that every pan and utensil was used as I cooked it all from scratch - rich Bolognese sauce,  rosemary infused Bechamel sauce and home made pasta.  Haven't done it for some time but just fancied doing it this Sunday.  A few servings are in the freezer so I have a some more to look forward to.  This is my pasta machine all polished and ready to go back on its shelf until the next time I summon up the energy to tackle this labour of love.
