A few days ago, in recognition of the death of Lou Ottens who created the cassette tape, The Guardian online asked people to send in their own memories of mix tapes. L saw the call out and we found our box of old tapes and each picked a tape to email them about. The article came out today and the tape I had chosen was not only picked as one of the few they featured but also as gave the title for the whole piece.
