Can You Spot the Differences?

Forget it, it just made me think of those clever little puzzles where you spot the missing necktie or added window pane, though the nearest flamingo does have its head tucked, unlike the others. 
Eric had his first covid shot today, and there was a snafu: initially, when we made the appointment, a couple of weeks ago, we carefully noted the date. But, when checking the reminder email a few days ago, on 3/11, it showed the appointment date as 3/10. Alarmed, we kept reading, and found the date again: 3/15, the date we had noted. What to do? Wait until 3/15. But, sure enough, when he checked in, they said, you missed it, but he pointed out the discrepancy. They balked, and he pulled the Biden card: he said my President wants me to be helpful and get the vaccine, and here I am. They muttered, but gave him the shot. So now we and all our siblings have had shots. Except my two older sisters who are Republican, Catholic, and hopeless.
