Spring is coming...

Low sun and the lighter in the morning... Spring is nearly here, except I had to scrape the car this morning.

The sun has inspired me to start my intermittent fasting after my holiday and I even got the car washed.

Blood pressure is sitting lower than ever at 130/80, which means the medication is doing everything it should.
