A new apartment development in a part of Auckland that we've not been to in a while. It's unusual, for NZ, in that each apartment can only be rented. The aim is to be more like the European model of rental accommodation with guaranteed long term leases. It has a common area on the top floor and no provided car parking but it's close to good public transport links. The dark brick and shape echoes both the flatiron building in New York and the Chilehaus in Hamburg. In extras is a more conventional view. Hard to do it justice with power poles and streetlamps obscuring the view.
