Old Skagit County School House

Went for a drive to Skagit County see the daffodils... Nice day. Saw this old school house for the photo today... Was all great and then came home to the flooded basement.. rugs tore up, all trim pulled off and will be running blowers for the next several days... still do not know if all plasterboard needs removal. The flex line to the hot water tank had blown apart... Replaced both lines and turned the water back on... Tried to relight the gas water heater but no go... drowned hot water controller... Get to go to the dentist early in the morning :( No hot shower tomorrow morning...
