Vestibular Exercises
Hold out a card in front of you with a letter on it. Then keeping your eyes on the letter, move your head from side to side like you are shaking your head no 30 times as fast as you can keeping the letter in focus. Repeat the 30 reps two more times then do it with a head nod as if shaking your head yes 30 times in 3 sets.
