Kinnoull Hill cliff

Still snow on the far hills. I was surprised to see a heat haze over the distant view, although there was a warmth in the sun.

I was delighted to see a couple of red squirrels at the start of the walk. They seemed to be running a long way along the ground, and I suspect they had been visiting a feeder in a nearby garden. Later Mrs P spotted some neatly eaten pine cones (see extra).
