Blossom Watch

I’ve been monitoring a few outbursts of May blossom in the neighbourhood but this morning I found the first hawthorn in bloom in our lane. Yay!
And in fact as I type I can see the pink blooms on our ‘purple plum’ (not sure that’s the correct name) trees in the garden start to flower in the sun which is probably why I’ve started sneezing!
