Do we have to come out when it’s wet and windy?

Unfortunately until I learn to use the toilet like humans do then I will have to put up with wet and windy walks.
Early Sunday morning walk, parts of which I didn’t enjoy, the cold rain and hail wasn’t pleasant, surely better whether must be on the way.
