(074) No Danger

Today's pictures are from Burntisland docks, an area that has been open to the public for as long as it has been in existence. The harbour/dock is a very popular place for the local community but access is now under threat from Forth Ports plans to fence the area off, ostensibly on health and safety grounds. An action group has been formed to try and persuade FP to retain some public access to the area and I really hope that the efforts succeed. For the record, the docks were my playground as a child and I'm still a regular visitor on foot, bike, and by car, with no near misses/injuries/accidents/dangerous occurrences etc. etc.
