Askham
A day consumed by indecision.
As I headed back from my friend’s I stopped briefly to walk at Askham but the spots where I normally park have all been fenced off so you have to go in the Lowther car park (which I didn’t ... come the revolution ...).
I dwell in Possibility (466) - Emily Dickinson
I dwell in Possibility –
A fairer House than Prose –
More numerous of Windows –
Superior – for Doors –
Of Chambers as the Cedars –
Impregnable of eye –
And for an everlasting Roof
The Gambrels of the Sky –
Of Visitors – the fairest –
For Occupation – This –
The spreading wide my narrow Hands
To gather Paradise –
