Mr. Mayor

We were mostly finished with our walk, standing and talking with an acquaintance who had just appeared, when I turned and noticed Mr. Mayor - the mockingbird whose territory is right there at the end of the lane we walk up and down daily. Once again he let me get close enough to get a nice photo of him with my mobile phone! He'd apparently been perched there listening to our conversation. I'm going to assume he recognizes us as regular members of his constituency.
