Nectar

Coke, it turns out is a wonderful medicine. The husband managed to add some to our grocery order and my gosh it was just the ticket. Love the stuff, but very rarely drink it, today it was utterly wonderful. 

Slightly fractious boys by the end of the day, I've spent most of the day in bed, not sure I dare say it, but feel a bit better than when I woke up this morning. A bit better means I was brave enough to have a bath and ate almost all of a chicken sandwich for dinner (the first mouthfuls were amazing!!)

Today I'm grateful for:
Lovely chat with my mum, even is she can bring tears just by saying 'hello love- how do mothers manage that trick?!
New thermometer, we discovered the old one wasn't working
Zoom call with my sister for the eldest homework project this week

The husband - again.... he's doing well, he did admit its hard work running a house!
