Rain and shine

Wild weather today - some quite alarming wind overnight (outside, I mean, not in the bed), which continued on and off today, along with rain, hail and bright bursts of sunshine.

Tim and I are officially on holiday now, so we began with a very, very relaxed day, which was lovely.  Watched the final episode of It's a Sin tonight - so, so good, and I couldn't stop crying after.  The characters felt so real, and knowing so much of it was based on fact, and on real people, tugged hard on the heart strings.  Really beautiful too - just such lovely relationships among the characters.  Sigh.
