Muscovy Duck at Clennon Lakes

This morning the Friends of Clennon Lakes organised a memorial sowing of the meadow for Mothering Sunday. It was a great success. For a small donation people were invited to sow wild flower seeds on the raked and prepared ground that will make a wild flower meadow in memory of a loved one. We joined other volunteers to prepare the ground, socially distanced of course.A great start to the day. Afterwards we went for a walk round the lakes where we encountered this beautiful creature , then along the coast path towards Brixham. For a change there were no heavy showers.
