Under the stairs

Under the stairway from the Pole Star Pier up to the Training Rescue Pod.  Not exactly derelict, but it could do with a fresh coat of paint.
The Training Rescue Pod is used by groups of (for instance) Ferry Staff to practice navigating the pod and picking up dummy 'men-overboard'.
Extra is the pod on the pier.
