Swingin’ in the Rain

Pat and I went for a walk this afternoon. It was raining heavily but hey ho who cares. It was chilly in the wind, but we kept moving and I’d double rain coated!! Lol

As we walked through the woods we saw that the playground was empty so, just because we could, we each jumped on a swing. As a family arrived through the trees with a toddler we gave up the swing for him. The dad was laughing and saying to his little lad, “look at the two girlies on the swings”. At least he didn’t say...look at those two old tarts!! We all agreed that playing out in the woods in the pouring rain was great fun.
